Meeting Purpose
6-module program of free in-person social support group for mothers run by an occupational therapy student. The educational material may include urgent maternal warning signs, child development, managing new roles, feeding the baby, mental health, self-care, bonding with the baby, time management skills, and safety information. The program would allow mothers a place to learn, build connections, and get support during matresence in a safe and judgement free zone.
