The Fort Smith Public Library is now offering online library card renewals. To request an online library card renewal, fill out the form below and upload a photo of your proof of address. Acceptable proof of address includes your driver's license, utility bill, personal check, state identification card, or tax receipt that is in your name and shows your current address.
For cards in good standing, library staff will renew your card within two business days and will email you a confirmation.
If a fine or fee is owed, it must be paid before the card can be renewed. Once library staff receive the renewal request, they will reach out by email within two business days to arrange payment.
Non-resident cards may also be renewed online. Once library staff receive the renewal request, they will reach out by email within two business days to arrange payment.
