Are you ready for the Adventure Begins at Your Library summer reading program?

Are you ready to read for fun and prizes? Grab a friend and sign up for the library’s online reading program! It’s easy AND fun! Listeners can earn points by listening to books, and independent readers can earn points for time spent reading. Log the time you spend reading!

Independent readers, you will earn a point for every minute you spend reading. For example, if you read 40 minutes, you’ll earn 40 points. If you read 20 minutes, you’ll earn 20 points, and so on. You’ll earn prizes for reading 500 minutes and 1,000 minutes, plus brag tags for every 100 minutes. When you reach 1,000 points, you will earn your certificate, final prizes, and you‘ll be able to pick a library book to be dedicated to YOU! You will also be entered to win an end-of-summer GRAND PRIZE! The more you read, the more chances you’ll have to win.

Not reading on your own yet?

Sign up as a listener! Earn points for every book you listen to and earn prizes along the way. After you’ve listened to 60 books, you will receive your certificate, final prizes, and you’ll also be entered to win an end-of-summer GRAND PRIZE! The more books you listen to, the more chances you’ll have to win!

For every digital badge earned, independent readers AND listeners will earn a brag tag to put on their bracelet! At 500 points, they’ll receive a library grab bag full of awesome surprises! At 60 points, listeners will earn their certificate, final brag tag, and other amazing prizes. At 1,000 points, independent readers will earn their certificate, final brag tag, a book dedication, and other cool surprises!

Missions and Games
