The Community Room is our largest meeting room with a capacity of 60 people. The standard setup allows for 5 rows of tables with 12 people per row. The AV equipment in this room consists of a retractable screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and a podium.

Equipment

The Community Room includes a retractable screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, US flag and podium.  You may also request laptop computers, microphones, and other equipment when making your room reservation.

Seating

There are 20 rectangular tables and 60 chairs available for use in the Community Room.  Two tables are available for handouts and refreshments.  The room capacity is based upon the standard setup, please check with the library for the capacity of the other available setups of each room.
