Children’s Computers

Children can use the Internet, play educational computer games, log onto ABCMouse, or use the touchscreen Early Literacy computers at all four FSPL locations.  At the Main Library dedicated children’s computers are available in the Youth Services Department on the first floor.

Internet and games computer sessions are 30 minutes long.  Additional time is available if no one is waiting.  Computers for children are free and no library card is required.

At the Main Library, two adult Internet computers are available for parents or caregivers who need to access the Internet but want to stay close to their children in the Youth Services Department.  Internet sessions last an hour.  Additional time is available if no one is waiting.  Computers are available on a first come, first served basis and may not be reserved in advance.  All Internet users must agree to the Fort Smith Public Library’s Computer and Internet Usage Policy.

Wi-Fi is also available at all library locations.  No library card or password is required.  All Wi-Fi users must agree to the library’s Wi-Fi policy.
