Program Description

Stop by your neighborhood library (Dallas, Miller, and Windsor branches) between 10 AM – 2 PM for some early Halloween fun!  Come dressed in your costume for some sweet treats, crafts, and other fun! For library branch locations, visit www.fortsmithlibrary.org.
