Program Description

Stop by the Main Library or the Miller Branch to pick up a Nebula in a Necklace Craft Kit, beginning on October 3rd.  Inside you'll find everything you need to create your very own nebula in a necklace; you'll only need to provide some glue!  Kits are available while supplies last.
