Program Description
The paintings of Carmen Rodriguez will be featured at the Miller Branch Library during the month of June. Carmen was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, a city on the Caribbean coast. She studied at the Lourdes School of Nuns of the Presentation, and then went to the Universidad Libre of Colombia, to study law. She then studied interior design in Bogota and Madrid. After discovering a talent and passion for painting, she began taking private painting courses to allow her craft to grow. Be sure to stop by and enjoy her work during the month of June; artwork is available for viewing all hours that the library is open.
