Program Description

Enjoy original works by local artist Penny Joyner during the month of October at the Windsor Branch Library. Joyner uses a variety of techniques working with various mediums to create canvases with distinct style.  This collection showcases many of Joyner’s autumn-inspired pieces.  Artwork will be available for viewing all hours that the library is open throughout the month of October.
