Authors in the Afternoon with John R. Young

Local author John R. Young will appear at the Main Library to promote and sign copies of his book, The End of Innocence: The Assassination of John F. Kennedy.  The End of Innocence is the culmination of the author’s thirty-five years of research into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Through this book, readers will not only better understand the federally approved version of the assassination presented in the Warren Report as well as the prominent theories surrounding the events of that day, but also, they will discover the likely motivations and true assassins behind Kennedy’s murder. John R. Young is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, AR. His exhaustive research of the assassination of John F. Kennedy includes interviews with hundreds of witnesses, and he has been a keynote speaker in many lectures and conferences about the event. Copies of his book will be available for sale and signing at the event.
