THE NEDA Helpline offers support, resources, and information on treatment options for eating disorders for individuals and their loved ones.  is available Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. They created and operate the free National Sexual Assault Hotline in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country. The hotline is available 24/7 and calls are confidential.
