Authors in the Afternoon with Judge Jim Spears

Former Circuit Judge of Sebastian County, Judge Jim Spears will appear at the Fort Smith Public Library to promote and sign copies his book, Justice Divided: A Judicial History of Sebastian County, detailing how the history of how the smallest county in the state runs with two independent judicial districts.  Attorney, Public Defender, and Former Judge, Jim Spears is a legal scholar and writer of history.  Copies of A Justice Divided will be available for sale and signing at this open-house style event.
