Program Description

Fort Smith author Jacquelyn Holmes will appear at the Fort Smith Public Library to promote and sign copies her latest book Twisted Hearts. Ash’s life is finally going right, and he and his girlfriend Naveah are planning to live normal lives, moving on from the horrors of a year ago.  But on a night meant to be magical, everything becomes a nightmare instead. Elliot is back, and the stakes are at an all-time high. Inspired by folktales from the Creek Nation, Twisted Hearts is the exciting conclusion to the Native Legends series. Jacquelyn Holmes is a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom, wife and novelist. She enjoys sewing things that no one asked for, watching old TV shows her children dislike, and generally being a menace to her household. She currently resides in Fort Smith and can often be found writing in one room while her children race loudly in the next. Occasionally, she can be spotted picking up iced chai tea lattes and hiding in libraries. Copies of Twisted Hearts, as well as others written by the author, will be available for sale and signing at this open-house style event.
