Program Description
The paintings of Lisa Jan-Bohne' Clay will be featured at Dewey's Café at the Fort Smith Public Library during the months of May and June. In this new series, the artist uses the medium of acrylic to express the very essence of wind, water and plant life. The artist uses a technique called a controlled pour to the allow the medium to work to its fullest. Lisa Jan-Bohne’ Clay studied at the Memphis Academy of Arts and Arkansas State University in Jonesboro continuing into independent study in fine arts. She later studied at Texas State University graduate program and became a therapist using art therapy in her private practice. Artwork is available for viewing all hours that the library is open.
