The third Monday of January is a day set aside for remembering and honoring Martin Luther King, Jr.  Make plans to join Matia on Facebook or YouTube as she reads Martin’s Big Words: The Life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. written by Doreen Rappaport and illustrated by Bryan Collier.  This book was awarded both a Caldecott Honor and a Coretta Scott King Award the year it was published.
