This site allows you to search for a CPA by name, state, city, firm, or specialized service. There is also information on finance, taxes, small business, and stocks.

EDGAR
A government site with information concerning publicly traded securities. Documents are available on the SEC site 24 hours after they are filed with the Commission. You can look up a company's ticker symbol, retrieve or download a list of filings from any day in the past month, and more.

PRARS Annual Report Service
A service that allows you to request free copies of publicly-traded companies' annual reports. Your requests are sent to the companies, who then send you a free copy of their annual report.
