Fort Smith Public Library Endowment Trust

The Fort Smith Public Library Endowment Trust was created in 1996 with a bequest from the Leah Cohn Arendt estate. The object of the Trust is to receive, administer, and distribute funds to ensure the future strength and vitality of the Fort Smith Public Library. Gifts to the Fort Smith Public Library Endowment Trust will be used to enhance the library's acquisitions and to fund special projects that are beyond the capacity of the normal operating budget provided by tax dollars.
